All payments must be made in full before the cat/kitten will be allowed to leave our cattery. The purpose of the deposit is to insure the purchasers intent to purchase the kitten.

4. All kittens will be vet checked and be current on their shots at the time they are release from Kajari Cattery. All kittens are guaranteed to be free of genetic defects and in good health. We will provide a written guarantee stating that our kittens are free of genetic defects and diseases. Each kitten comes with a written health guarantee.

5. If purchased as a pet we will hold the registration paperwork and require a $250.00 retainer which will be returned upon proof of spay/neuter of pet quality kittens. Kittens must be spayed/neutered by the age of 9 months old. If registration paperwork is held, it will be forwarded to the buyer upon proof of spay/neuter. $250.00 retainer will also be refunded upon proof of spay/neuter. Failure to spay/neuter the pet quality kitten will result in forfeiture of retainer and breech of contract. Kajari can also have the cat/kitten spayed/neutered before it leaves for its new home. The charge for this service will be a flat rate of $200.00 and the kitten will have to stay with us until it is 16 weeks of age as our vet will not spay/neuter until the kittens are between 14 and 16 weeks old.

6. You have three (3) days from the time of delivery of your cat/kitten to have it examined by a licenced veternarian. If your vet determines after such examination that the cat/kitten has any type of life threateneing problem, you may opt for an immediate refund of the purchase price or a replacement kitten after the cat/kitten has been returned to us. Proof of examination must be submitted in writing by the licenced veternarian performing the examination. Health guarantee will be voided if purchaser allows the cat/kitten out of doors. Failure to document a veternarian visit within 3 days (72 hours) after delivery will void the guarantee. If you are bringing the cat/kitten into a new home with other cats/kittens and you do not quarantine your cat/kitten until its vet visit then this will void the health guarantee.
